What’s to be Excited About The UGC NFT Game ArchLoot’s Open Beta Test

February 13 22:28 2023

February 13, 2023 – Singapore – While the public liquid crypto crisis garners the most attention, value creation in blockchain-based quality products continues apace. Positioned as a UGC NFT game, BNB Chain project ArchLoot has been a new hot destination for web3 gamers, storming across 26 countries and regions and attracting over 8,000 gamers during its closed beta test phase III.

Taking words from guilds and testers, ArchLoot blends the most exciting gaming content with a well-grounded crypto design to provide a competitive level of playability in the industry. Among tons of worth-mentioning elements, here’s a glance over the game that should be looked out for during the upcoming open beta test.

Keyword 1: UGC NFT and Composable Gameplay

From the beginning, ArchLoot has positioned itself as a UGC (user-generated content) NFT to the community. Avatars in the ArchLoot, monsters come in loot-style NFT body parts. Gamers can freely assemble their monsters from a whole NFT directory, which includes the torso, head, upper limb, lower limb, and accessory.

The best part is the UGC interactive gameplay, ArchLoot’s original, which fully enables on-chain implementation of upgradeable characters and props NFTs and allows metadata modification in accordance with players’ in-game actions, ultimately unleashing the potential for playability and community creativity.

“We provide a particular genre that you’ve barely seen in the web3 or even web2 gaming world, that is a composable avatar builder that challenges your skills and encourages your originality. For example, you can attach a flaming skill part to your monster’s chest or its rear, which makes two types of battle styles. The more amazing fact is that when you upgrade its attributes, the NFT’s metadata will actually be logged on chain.” said Dirk Yuan, the CMO of ArchLoot.

Keyword 2: Adventurous RPG and Abundant Content

ArchLoot intends to provide an adventurous RPG where gamers need to master an ever-growing roster of islands on the planet ALT3, with their self-designed and groomed monsters. The game involves a challenging paradigm of PvE, combining typical dungeon-crawling gaming elements and novel details. For instance, the character can fall into a river when taking a turn in the battle. It also provides Multiplayer modes that allow all gamers to involve in deep-tactical squad play, including 3V3 PVP mode, map exploration and special quests.

“You can only imagine what’s waiting for you at the next corner. You’ll need to be highly adaptive when moving from one map to another. Every NPC and new territory might be a surprise. At once you’re tired of the grinding, the next minute the real looming danger catches you out of nowhere. ” said one of the ArchLoot community members.

Keyword 3: Free-to-Play and a Sustainable Economy

ArchLoot adopts a dual-token system, which includes ArchLoot Governance Token ($ALT) and the commercial currency in the game ($ALG).  ALT functions as an access token, so by holding $ALT, users can participate in community governance and voting and obtain exclusive access to content. It is also the essential material in the game which is required when opening the chests and levelling up NFT body parts. In the meantime, $ALG Golds are required in most trading and consumption scenarios, such as purchasing parts, items, and materials, as well as upgrades.

On the other hand, the NFT system comprises a rarity design and a durability system.

It allows beginners to have commo-level NFT gears to enter the game freely, but would later demand more advanced rarer paid NFTs to excel in the gameplay and loot better rewards. The durability system, which erodes the durability of NFTs when the player is defeated until it is entirely drained up, encourages players to formulate better combat skills and importantly, obtain higher-level NFTs. Both systems function together to toe a neat line between a total free-to-play mechanism and a pure pay-to-earn dilemma.

Building on that, a Monthly Pass System will dynamically ensure a balanced input and outcome experience for gamers. By holding an Adventurer Pass, a Goblin Pass or a Collector Pass, the gamer has different tiers of earnings. The system ensures a healthy circle that provides proper rewards to gamers backed by real value and recurring activities in the game.

Jonathan Ubavicius, CEO of ArchLoot, said, “We understand the substantial impact of the economic design. The entire earning system in ArchLoot has endured three rounds of closed beta tests and an internal test to make sure skilled and invested gamers can be paid back with higher drop rates and the ecosystem can thrive in the long term. With the confidence of the product, we’re looking to onboard 100k users in the open beta test.”

The open beta test is scheduled on February 28, upcoming very soon.
