July 13, 2022 – Global financial technology company, TUO is pleased to announce the addition of Matt Lorin to its already powerful leadership team. According to a statement released by Nicholas S. Bingham – the company’s Global President, Matt will join the company’s leadership team as a senior member of the Advisory Board.
Recently, TUO has been making a lot of noise with its onboarding of highly experienced and globally recognized individuals and organizations. The addition of the former White House Director (National Security Council) to its ranks is the latest in a long list of appointments geared to help the company do exploits.

Matt Lorin, who has more than three decades of local, state, national, and international service experience – managing projects and leading organizations, has also been of service at the highest levels of government, industry, and philanthropy. Matt is an outstanding steward of strategy and staff, translating vision into reality at scale. He is an adept systems thinker with high ambiguity tolerance, rendering him an exceptionally effective navigator of complexity.
His previously held positions include serving as Director on the National Security Council (NSC) at the White House; Senior consultant with the US Departments of Defense and State United Nations Office of Project Services (UNOPS) – the UN’s humanitarian assistance logistics agency; and also as a Director at Caspian Securities – the first emerging market-only investment bank.
Other job roles that contributed to strengthening his expertise include serving as the Founding/Managing Partner of The Greenhouse – the first double bottom-line, ecosystem economics-based, high-tech incubator in Hawaii, and also functioning as the inaugural President of the premier education initiative of the Emerson Collective – an Oakland-based XQ Institute.
